Think you can’t? Think again!

I have been inspired by this woman’s story. I’m reminded of it as I’m sitting here complaining about how sore my muscles are from my workouts with Mr. Olympic. Perhaps you need such encouragement too?

  1. I’ve been trying to do some exercises every day but somehow by the end of the day I haven’t done any. My body core is very weak and it takes very little for me to fall. Because I have bone on bone in my knee and arthritis, the doctor wants me to strengthen my quads. It’s just so painful, I can’t bring myself to make the effort. I was told if you want it bad enough you can do it. Guess I’ll just keep trying.
